Russia - New Regulations Effective February 15th, 2010

RF Government Resolution dated December 1, 2009 N 982 came into force on 15th February 2010. The Resolution specifies a new list of products subject to mandatory certification and products subject to conformity assurance by making a declaration of conformity.

Thailand - Labeling for Products Classified under SDoC

For products classified under the Supplier Declaration of Conformity (SDoC), there is no labeling requirement but the following compliance wording shall be shown on package, user manual, or leaflet distributed together with the equipment.

“This telecommunication equipment conforms to NTC technical requirement”
