Radiocommunication Equipment Notification

As of 1 January 2008, an EU portal enables radiocom notification data to be submitted by means of OSN (One Stop Notification). The internet portal allows notification to to all the EU radiocom regulators.

The weblink is ttps://webgate.ec.europa.eu/enterprise-portalsite. All users must register to receive a password which provides access to the OSN application. The user is able to select the countries to which the notification is sent and obtains a detailed acknowledgement of receipt of the notification.

The introduction of OSN also implies the end of systematic replies to each notification. The acknowledgement of receipt is equivalent to confirmation of the notification.
