For Argentina S-mark sample inspection, who's supposed to perform these test?

What specific actions need to be taken by manufacturer, if any (specially, if product is already certified for S-Mark)?

As we know....

The inspection is conducted by the certification body that issued the S Mark license.

The importer typicaly approcahes the certification body when they have to get an authorized copy of the license and proof letter that the market surveillance inspection was conducted with acceptable results.

The manufacturer is typically involved when there is a deviation as part of the market surveillance inspection. The manufacturer has to explain the reason for the deviation(s) and must take the required corrective action(s) for continued compliance
