Large Network Equipment (LNE): Network Equipment that is
mountable in a Standard Equipment Rack, supports network management protocols
(e.g. SNMP) and contains at least one of the following features: a) Contains
more than eleven (11) Physical Network Ports. b) Total aggregate port
throughput of the product is greater than 12 Gb/s
